Personal Services
By accepting and paying for the initial consultation, the client is entering into the following agreement with Elevate Holistically.
What We Do
Elevate Holistically provides individualized holistic health coaching through services such as consultation, nutritional therapy, supplement recommendations, detox remedies, mindfulness practices, breath work exercises and more. The goal is to support and optimize your health through diet and lifestyle interventions. This is a wellness and nutrition concept and should not be used instead of potentially needed medical care.
Through a questionnaire, consultations, face and tongue readings plus dietary analysis, we seek to understand the underlying causes of your health concerns, in order to provide holistic, individualized health and lifestyle therapy.
We are here to support you on your journey to optimized health and wellbeing.
Services
Single health analyses are offered, as well as different packages with health coaching over an extended period of time. During a discovery call we will understand what service/packages will be best for you as a client based on your individual needs and wants.
To ensure the treatment works optimally, instructions for diet and supplement intake must be followed as recommended by your Health & Lifestyle Therapist at Elevate Holistically. As a client, you must inform the therapist of your current health condition at the commencement of treatment, and keep the therapist informed during program if there are any changes in diet, supplements, medication and health condition.
We strive for a high level of service for you as a customer. In the company's operations, you as a customer are most important and we will do our best to help you achieve great results. As a client, you are aware that results are individual and that no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes can be given. You are also aware that if you do not follow the plan we have agreed upon, it may be more difficult to achieve results.
Tests and Supplements
During your consultations with Elevate Holistically, the practitioner may recommend functional testing and blood testing outside of that what is offered at Elevate Holistically. The potential cost for this is not included in the package pricing. Please note that you are not obligated to take any test if you do not wish to, and tests will only be recommended if the information gleaned is not available from the public health service and is highly relevant to the individual.
In addition to diet and lifestyle recommendations, the practitioner may recommend supplements (nutraceuticals) based on your specific case. The cost for any supplements is not included in the package pricing. Please note that purchasing and taking supplements is optional and will not always be recommended.
1:1 Appointments
Elevate Holistically operates a predominantly online consultation service via face time and zoom. Upon request, face two face meetings can be arranged in Los Angeles, either at the office of Elevate Holistically or at a client’s private residence.
If you book an online consultation, it is your responsibility to have a working internet connection. If the internet connection fails for any reason, the rest of the consultation will be carried out via the telephone. Appointments should be booked via email or text correspondence with the relevant practitioner. Please expect a response time on emails of up to 48 hours, although we will do our best to get back to you sooner.
Recording consultations using any form of electronic media is not permitted for either party without the written permission by both the practitioner and you the client.
Support Structure Between Consultations
If a package has been purchased, email and text support will be included. This is predominantly for small questions and queries. Anything that involves a long list of questions or sharing a significant amount of personal information should be reserved for consultations or check-ins.
Data Storage
We prioritize safety and therefore protect all customer data. Your information will be stored so that we can do the best possible work and provide the best conditions for you. The personal data that will be processed are those that you need to provide in the form and will not be shared or accessed outside those working within the organization. The data is securely stored with us. When you are no longer a customer with us, your information will be deleted from the system.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of the booking, or an upfront deposit can be negotiated, followed by a second instalment halfway through the package.

Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all clients. When you book an appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful and fair to others, please cancel as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.
You may cancel your initial appointment up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
If you book an online consultation, it is your responsibility to have a working internet connection. If your internet connection is not working the consultation can take place over the telephone.
Packages will not be eligible for a refund if at some point during the course of the package you wish to terminate, unless there are extenuating circumstances that are out of your control. This is at the discretion of Paulina Bjorkman, owner of Elevate Holistically. The effectiveness of our program is largely determined by you and your commitment. We cannot guarantee you will achieve the results you desire, but we will go above and beyond to deliver this.
